For this Courtyard by Marriott model room, IZZALIVING delivered a clean, modern furniture solution tailored to the brand’s contemporary hospitality standards. The design focuses on a warm, inviting atmosphere while maintaining the functionality and durability required for high-traffic hotel environments.

Natural wood tones, soft neutral fabrics, and subtle accent colors (such as the warm orange cushions) create a balanced and comfortable space for guests. Each piece—from the upholstered sofa and lounge seating to the bedside tables and integrated storage units—was selected to maximize both comfort and spatial efficiency.

The furniture layout enhances the guest experience by clearly defining relaxation, work, and sleeping areas within a compact footprint. Minimalist lines, integrated lighting, and practical surfaces (like the round side tables and desk area) support both leisure and productivity.

In the bathroom and entry areas, coordinated materials and custom cabinetry reinforce a cohesive design language throughout the room, reflecting Marriott’s commitment to consistency and quality.
